Shooting investigated at California hospital

Police were investigating a shooting at Highland Hospital in Oakland, California on March 9, according to a report on news website sfgate.com.
No one was hurt in the incident that took place at around 8 p.m. near the hospital’s ambulance bay. The report cited the city’s gunfire-detection system, which reported about 25 to 30 shots fired in the incident.
Also according to the report, police officers were already at the hospital on an unrelated matter involving the medical clearance of a suspect, and reported seeing a car leaving the hospital after the shooting, although it was unclear if they were suspects or intended victims of the shooting.
